
Kenneth Billheimer is an audiologist and hearing aid specialist. He has been in practice since 1976. He holds a Master’s Degree from California State University and a Doctor of Audiology Degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Kenneth was an audiologist in the US Army. He was assigned to a teaching hospital and taught residents in otolaryngology as well as conducted research. He has been a lecturer in Audiology at Chapman College, University of Redlands and California State University, East Bay. He served on the board of the California Academy of Audiology for 2 years. He has been in private practice in Pleasanton since 1986.
Jacque Pedraza is a California state licensed hearing aid dispenser. She has been with Hearing Services since 2000. Jacque completes continuing education hours yearly to ensure she is up to date with all the latest advances in hearing aid technology. Her goal is to provide information and solutions regarding your hearing loss in a friendly, personalized and professional manner.
